Technical polyester yarns have proved to be indispensable in many industries. As a reinforcing component in the manufacture of rubber technical products, they are significantly superior to polyamide and viscose yarns. This was also facilitated by the solution of the problem of long-term adhesion of polyester yarns to rubber.
Technical polyester yarns proved to be unrivaled as a material for filter cloths, paper nets, ropes and other high-load-bearing products, electrical insulation, reinforced sewing yarns, etc.
Polyester complex high-strength adhesive threads (HT-AA) are distinguished by high resistance to tensile deformation, characterized by an elastic modulus that is twice as high as that of polyamide yarns, which leads to the most frequent use of these yarns for the manufacture of technical fabrics and reinforcing structures in composite materials.
Of particular interest to the rubber and tire industry are technical adhesive threads (linear density 111-944 tex), which are used for the manufacture of V-belts, conveyor belts and fire hoses.
The multifilament pneumatically connected thread is designed for sewing seams in soft packaging, making slings, ropes, carpet warps, net knitwear, etc.
The running time of the thread is carried out with the provision of a filling end with a length of at least 1 m.

Each spool of thread is wrapped with a polymer film. The reels are installed on pallets with the formation of a block package using interlayer spacers during palletizing. A lid is placed on top of the block package. The block package is splinted and wrapped with stretch film.
